This holy shrine greater than 2000 years old is situated at Devarmalai, 35 KM from Karur, Tamilnadu, India. The temple is said to be renovated during the Pandya and Naicker dynasties. The presiding deities are Sri Kadir Narasinga Perumal and Sri Kamalavalli Thayar, others being Sri Lakshmi Narayanan, Sri Garudalwar, Sri Nammalwar, Sri Ramanujar and Sri Swarna Akarshana Bhairavar who is at the Easinia Moola.
Sri Kadir Narasinga Perumal presents with Abhaya and Aghavana Hasthams along with "Tri Nethra", the third eye in the forehead, which is a rare manifestation.
